High Intensity Interval Training – Dr. Bradley Wilson – University of Cincinnati


Approximately 70% of adults in the U.S. are classified as being overweight or obese. High intensity interval training has been shown to improve health related outcomes, including weight loss.

Dr. Bradley Wilson, Professor of Health Promotion and Education at the University of Cincinnati, studies high intensity interval training or HIIT.
