Dr. Emily Sparer is a Research Fellow at Harvard University, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on complex and dynamic work environments, such as healthcare, construction, and emergency response; traditional methods of occupational health practice and research can’t always be directly applied. Dr. Sparer’s research interests include the role of work organization in disease and injury reduction in occupational settings.
