The IT Division is committed to improving user satisfaction and ensuring rapid resolution to user requests. TrackIt, our self-service tool, allows users to submit an IT service request online, check the status of a previously submitted request and search a knowledge base for solutions to common issues. To access the IT Service Request portal, log in to Lehman Connect and click on IT Service Request. In addition, our IT catalog of services is available online in the Lehman Connect IT site. You’ll find detailed information on the extensive portfolio of services offered by Information Technology.
