This Fall, Lehman College welcomes two new deans after extensive local and national searches: Dr. William W. Latimer has been named founding dean of the new School of Health Sciences, Human Services, and Nursing and Dr. Gautam Sen is now the new dean of the School of Natural and Social Sciences.

Bronx Institute at Lehman College Awarded $75,000 Grant By Verizon Foundation

The Bronx Institute at Lehman College has been awarded a grant by the Verizon Foundation totaling $75,000. The grant will be used to establish the College’s STEM Pipeline Initiative to offer advanced physics instruction to Bronx high school students who do not have access to physics courses in their school.
