The Computer Science and Mathematics Scholarship Program (CSM) is accepting applications now through February 15. Students accepted into the program receive support for professional development and career planning, which emphasizes collaboration and communication skills for success in the workplace.
Funded through a National Science Foundation grant, the program aims to increase the number of students earning undergraduate and graduate degrees in the fields of mathematics and computing.
To qualify, student must be enrolled full-time in a computer science, computing and management, and or mathematics degree program at the baccalaureate or masters level. In addition, students must have a 2.8 grade point average or higher; be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or refugee; demonstrate financial need; and show completion of preferred course work. Applicants do not need to be enrolled at Lehman at the time of application submission, but the scholarship is awarded only to students admitted to the College and enrolled full-time for the upcoming semester.
